Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy


At Nations Optics, we strive to deliver high-quality eyewear and ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible refund, return, and exchange options under the following terms:


Order Modification (Before Dispatch)


  • Orders can be modified or exchanged before dispatch by logging into your account or contacting our customer care team.
  • No changes are allowed once the order has been shipped.
  • Partial modification of an order is not permitted.

Returns and Refunds


We offer a 10-day, no-questions-asked return policy on eligible products.

  • To initiate a return, log into your account or contact our customer support team.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and the invoice.
  • After pickup, the product will be inspected by our quality team. If found to be used, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the return or adjust the refund.

Exchanges (After Delivery)


If you have received a wrong, damaged, scratched, or defective product, we offer a one-time exchange within 10 days of delivery.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support with photos or a description of the issue.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, tags, and invoice.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
  • If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Prescription Glasses


  • For products with custom prescription lenses, we will refund 50% of the lens cost as lenses are tailor-made and cannot be reused.
  • The frame cost will be refunded in full if returned in unused, resalable condition with all tags and accessories.
  • Prescription items may also be exchanged if found defective or incorrect, following inspection.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products


  • If you receive a damaged, defective, scratched, or incorrect item, please report it immediately.
  • You can opt for a replacement (exchange) or a full refund upon inspection and approval.

Order Cancellation by Store


  • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order, your order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.
  • If your delivery address is unserviceable, we will contact you regarding the cancellation. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled.

Refund and Exchange Timeline


  • The complete process—including pickup, inspection, and processing—typically takes 10 to 15 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges are shipped once the returned item passes quality inspection.
